Timing

I thought I was ready for a promotion to a Team Lead years ago. My good friend Sharon pointed out that I was not presenting myself as promotable due to the attitudes I made visible when presented with change.

 Lesson One:

I took some time to retrain myself to respond accurately. To embrace change as quickly as possible. It wasn't easy to agree with a decision you did not agree with. But I had to find something I could latch on to. Or I had to disconnect myself from it and remind myself that it was NOT my business to run. It is this companies business. Some day I may be asked for my opinion on the changes presented. That day is not today. Someday I'll be running a business and expect my employees to run with it instead of fight it!

Just like when I remind a customer that I am not the one who overdrew their account nor am I the one who charged them a fee for doing so, I'm merely the interpreter. I must remind myself that I am not the one asked to make decisions at this time. I am the one asked to follow them through, and I am the one being PAID to do so.

Company A asks me to come work for them. They pay me X amount of dollars. Therefore ANYTHING, legal and ethical, that they ask me to do is what I'm being paid for. THEREFORE, I do NOT have the right to balk at ANY decision they make. Once I separated MY personal feelings, which is the root of all selfishness, and remembered that I was being paid do a job, not being paid to like it or agree with it, then I became much more sane!

     Lesson Two:

I learned that I am being watched by others... leader by title or not. Therefore EVERYTHING I do will reflect upon my work and my coworkers. Once I decided that I was a leader and started acting like it... I respected myself better.... and so did management!

I got promoted to become a Coach and train others... I'm looking forward to doing more to sow seed to better my company now... in return I EXPECT to receive the same from my employees when I start my own businesses. It's amazing how a little maturity makes the difference.

In the end it wasn't my performance that got my moved up... it was my attitude. My performance bought me the right to be heard. Which only helped after I had something worthwhile to say...

Good night.... parting thoughts.... How are YOU being PERCEIVED by your peers and superiors at your place of employment or in your arena of influence?

LOVE Enough to choose...

Revelations 20...

God LOVES mankind enough to lock up Satan for a thousand years and raise mankind in a perfect scociety.

God LOVES mankind enough to let Satan loose and let MAN choose who he will believe.

God LOVES manking enough to let him choose hell...

We've been saying for years here in America that it's all Scociety's fault. That had the person been raised differently they would have chosen a different life. God will prove once and for all that even in a perfect scociety, many will still choose the lie.

God LOVES us enough to let us choose.

     What have you chosen today?

Titles of Servants
Mathew 23:8-11
8 But you, do not be called ‘Rabbi’; for One is your Teacher, the Christ,b]">[b] and you are all brethren. 9 Do not call anyone on earth your father; for One is your Father, He who is in heaven. 10 And do not be called teachers; for One is your Teacher, the Christ. 11 But he who is greatest among you shall be your servant. 12 And whoever exalts himself will be humbled, and he who humbles himself will be exalted.
Over the course of time we allowed the natural governments of this worlds system to enter into Christianity. It started with the Roman catholic church, and goes right through today. One of the things we are still growing out of is the need for titles in ministry. Titles are important to a degree. By naming a person, place, or thing you establish certain understandings about it. By giving a man a title you begin to understand his place and role within the organization. For far too long we have disobeyed/ignored the scripture in Ephesians 4
11 And He Himself gave some to be apostles, some prophets, some evangelists, and some pastors and teachers, 12 for the equipping of the saints for the work of ministry, for the edifying of the body of Christ, 13 till we all come to the unity of the faith and of the knowledge of the Son of God, to a perfect man, to the measure of the stature of the fullness of Christ; 14 that we should no longer be children, tossed to and fro and carried about with every wind of doctrine, by the trickery of men, in the cunning craftiness of deceitful plotting, 15 but, speaking the truth in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ— 16 from whom the whole body, joined and knit together by what every joint supplies, according to the effective working by which every part does its share, causes growth of the body for the edifying of itself in love.
He did give titles to ministry offices. The scripture is very clear about submitting to the authority spiritually and naturally placed over us. The word says that these five offices were given to the body of Christ to build us up. After the reformation we abandoned the title of “priest” to return to our roots and call the local man of God placed over us “Pastor”. In Recent years we’ve re discovered and come to value the Apostle, Prophet, Evangelist, Pastor AND Teacher as the proper Five Ministry offices placed over the body.
As we’ve done this though, we’ve over corrected in some areas. Do not seek for yourself a title. I’m not walking up to people saying: “Yes, Yes, I’m Reverend Wolfe” Or “Pastor Wolfe” or “Doctor Wolfe”. How about Darrell? Brother Darrell? There must come this balance between respecting the office and seeking a title. Always Honor the office in others, and downplay your own title. Remember that the higher the office you are called to, the greater servant you are called to be.
Romans 12:3
[ Serve God with Spiritual Gifts ] For I say, through the grace given to me, to everyone who is among you, not to think of himself more highly than he ought to think, but to think soberly, as God has dealt to each one a measure of faith.
Do not think too lowly or highly. To call yourself less than you are is false. To call yourself higher than you are is false. Get in the word and find out who you are and walk in it. It is right to say:
I am the righteousness of God in Christ Jesus
I am redeemed from the curse.
I am what my bible says I am!
I am an overcomer!
But also remember…
I am a son of the King, who serves.
I am a servant of all as I serve Him.
Remember to keep it real… Knowledge puffs up but love builds up.

Path of Life

Thought for the Day:

Have you ever been walking through the old park. It has stairs that lead down into the wash. There are lots of stone along the wash, some big and some little. The path is very rough…

Sometimes when you're walking through life there are rough spots. As you walk into the rough spots in life it gets harder to walk a straight line. You end up meandering around bigger obstacles and walking over smaller ones. In fact your eyes and attention are drawn to the path directly beneath and in front of you. In order to you to get a wider perspective of where you are on the path, where you have been, where you are going… You are required to look up. However if you walk the rough path looking up you are more likely to trip and fall. The path really does need your full attention to navigate. So what are you to do if you want a good view of the wider surroundings but need to watch the path? You have two options.

Take frequent glances up… which does give you a broader perspective and may help with navigation, but still doesn't give you a great overview of the area.
OR… you can just stop. Stand completely still. In standing still you make no progress for good OR BAD. You may take a good look at everything around you. You can turn to see where you came from. You can see what's around you and what you have with you. You can take a good look forward.

Once you take that good look, you can begin walking again… slowly and purposefully. Take those extra glances frequently to make sure you're still on track. Feel free to meander a bit. Life is a journey just as much as it is a destination. Every so often, stop. Take a gooooooood look at your surroundings.

I AM

I AM that I AM...

God said to Moses when he asked who he should tell the people who sent him: "...tell the people I AM sent you."

As I've been thinking about this statement it occurred to me the other day that HE IS!!!!

  • He IS right now with me as I type this message and instructing me to do it.
  • He IS right now in the void with just the Father, Son, and Holy Spirit in perfect union.
  • He IS right now forming the planet and the universe.
  • He IS right now speaking for the "first" time "LIGHT BE!!!"
  • He IS right now forming Adam and giving him life
  • He IS right now both protecting Moses as a baby AND directing him as the mighty leader.
  • He IS right now appearing to Saul of Tarsus and changing his life forever.
  • He IS right now forming ME in my mothers womb.
  • He IS right now giving me visions and dreams as a child of what HE has called me to do.
  • He IS right now before time began planning my day and future.
  • He IS right now standing here directing me with that forsight.
  • He IS right now in my future directing me in my Call AND Destiny!
  • He IS right now standing in heaven sourrounded by the raptured believers watching events on the planet.
  • He IS right now Rapturing the church.
  • He IS right now Coming back to set up his 1,000 Reign.
  • He IS right now closing the books on it all and creating His new heaven and new earth.
HE IS
HE IS
HE IS
HE IS...

What are you concerned about today that you wouldn't be if you really grasped that HE IS and you were sitting in HIS seat and had HIS perspective?

Money is the root of what???!!

Money is the root of evil...or is it the root of good... or is it the root of a tree...What is money?
First of all money is paper made from trees. It cannot, in and of itself, be good or bad. It's paper. It's a means of currency for trade. Let's get real here folks...
I’ve heard far too many people, Christian and Non Christian misquote and misuse and abuse the following verse (and others like it) by saying: Money is the root of all evil, therefore you shouldn’t pursue money or have much of it. In fact if your rich you must have some sort of sin in your life, or it’s filthy lucre, or you had better try to get rid of as much of it as you can. One famous preacher, not knowing that his statement was self defeating, stated that it's not a sin to have money only to have any left when you die. He meant that you should make sure to give it away as much as possable. Of course the bible says that a good man leaves an inheritance for his childrens children... so I guess he doesn't want to read the WHOLE bible. That last part is nearer to the truth than he realizes, but will result in the opposite whathe expects… Let’s take a look at the ACTUAL context of the verse they miss-quote.
Love of Money
1 Timothy 6
3If anyone teaches false doctrines and does not agree to the sound instruction of our Lord Jesus Christ and to godly teaching,4he is conceited and understands nothing. He has an unhealthy interest in controversies and quarrels about words that result in envy, strife, malicious talk, evil suspicions 5and constant friction between men of corrupt mind, who have been robbed of the truth and who think that godliness is a means to financial gain. 6But godliness with contentment is great gain. 7For we brought nothing into the world, and we can take nothing out of it. 8But if we have food and clothing, we will be content with that. 9People who want to get rich fall into temptation and a trap and into many foolish and harmful desires that plunge men into ruin and destruction. 10For the love of money is a root of all kinds of evil. Some people, eager for money, have wandered from the faith and pierced themselves with many griefs.

So we see that people searching for money for the sake of money are pierced with all kinds of sorrows. We see that the LOVE of money is evil, but not money it self. We also see that Godliness with contentment is great gain! Contentment doesn’t mean that you have stopped increasing or gaining. It doesn’t mean you have no money, in fact you are most likely NOT content if you have nothing and are living in lack. Contentment means you are grateful for what God HAS done, IS doing, and is GOING to do. Paul also said in another verse in Philippians: “I know how to abase AND abound!”
Philippians 4
11Not that I am implying that I was in any personal want, for I have learned how to be f]">[f] content (satisfied to the point where I am not disturbed or disquieted) in whatever state I am.  12I know how to be abased and live humbly in straitened circumstances, and I know also how to enjoy plenty and live in abundance. I have learned in any and all circumstances the secret of facing every situation, whether well-fed or going hungry, having a sufficiency and enough to spare or going without and being in want.
He went on to say that the secret was:
13I have strength for all things in Christ Who empowers me [I am ready for anything and equal to anything through Him Who g]">[g]infuses inner strength into me; I am h]">[h]self-sufficient in Christ's sufficiency].
Many Christians believe they should attempt to abase but fail to learn how to abound. In fact the abasing they do isn’t accurate either, but they have religion to help them get that false paradigm into their heads.
God’s Devine Purpose for Money
2 Corinthians 9
6Remember this: Whoever sows sparingly will also reap sparingly, and whoever sows generously will also reap generously. 7Each man should give what he has decided in his heart to give, not reluctantly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 8And God is able to make all grace abound to you, so that in all things at all times, having all that you need, you will abound in every good work. 9As it is written:
   "He has scattered abroad his gifts to the poor;
      his righteousness endures forever."[
a]
10Now he who supplies seed to the sower and bread for food will also supply and increase your store of seed and will enlarge the harvest of your righteousness. 11You will be made rich in every way so that you can be generous on every occasion, and through us your generosity will result in thanksgiving to God. 12This service that you perform is not only supplying the needs of God's people but is also overflowing in many expressions of thanks to God. 13Because of the service by which you have proved yourselves, men will praise God for the obedience that accompanies your confession of the gospel of Christ, and for your generosity in sharing with them and with everyone else. 14And in their prayers for you their hearts will go out to you, because of the surpassing grace God has given you. 15Thanks be to God for his indescribable gift!

Here we see what God intention for money is. You should have it. You should have a lot of it. You should have it for a reason. They reason is to be the one to supply to others. Every mature believer should aim to understand this verse. Also take a look at this one:
Luke 6:38 (21st Century King James Version)

38Give, and it shall be given unto you: good measure, pressed down and shaken together and running over, shall men give into your bosom. For with the same measure that ye mete, therewith it shall be measured to you again."
I’ve decided that if there are men giving into some ones life because of their giving. I’m  going to be the one giving pressed down, shaken together, and running over!!!! I’m going to be the HOSE God uses to spray someone with Favor! THAT is the real purpose of Money. That is God’s way. Poverty is defined in Deut. 28 as the curse. The curse is a result of disobedience. I refuse to pursue poverty on purpose disobeying God in the act. I hope I’ve challenged you to rethink your mindsets and crushed a few of the religious sacred cows you’ve been holding onto.
 Have a BLESSED day.

The Gospel

Gospel… What does this term “Gospel” mean? Many of us know it means “good news” but what is the good news? Many oversimplify it to the message of salvation.
Salvation:
  •  Man was created perfect
  • Man chose to disobey a direct order from God hoping to be "just like God" which he already was because he was created in his image.
  • This disobedience caused a disconnect from God and this brought sin. Sin caused death which brought fear.
  • Jesus came in the fullness of time and lived a perfect sinless life. His sacrifice, death, burial and Resurrection from the dead bought and paid for our redemption. It restored us to our created and rightful place as his created son's. Not to be confused with Jesus his only begotten Son. Begotten vs. Created (adopted)
  • In him we have our life and being. We were living in a curse as a result of Sin. Jesus redeemed us from that curse.
  •  We became born again. Spiritually new. Old things passed away all things became new.
  •  We still have a mind that needs renewal and a body that needs regeneration. However we are spiritually new. United to God.
  • We have now been given the ministry of reconciliation
  • God is not holding against any man his sin, but man must still be reconciled to God and receive the gift already given in order to see the benefits of it. Man can reject God's gift either through ignorance of it or direct rejection of it, choose to go to hell and God will respect his right to do so. But God is not willing (modern English: it is not in God's will) for any man to perish, but all should have eternal life with God. So the decision is left in the hands of man to decide his fate... in other words the ball is in our court.

Gospel… what does the bible say about the word Gospel and what is the Good News? What is meant when the angel told the apostles to go and preach the FULL message of this new life? Acts 5:20
In short: what I found studying "Gospel" in the bible is that there is a difference between "Gospel" and "Salvation". Salvation is included in the Gospel. But Gospel is much more than salvation.
In prayer one day months before we started our talk the Lord asked me one day:
Lord: " What is Gospel? "
Me:  " Christ died so I don't have to go to hell."
Lord:  " So pretend I'm a man in a far off place, never heard of a car, but you mention one in a story you tell me of the land you came from... I interrupt you and ask you 'what is a car?' You reply: 'A man made vehicle with a combustion engine.' Have you told a lie or untruth?"
Me: " No... but it is a rather incomplete description and doesn't really tell him anything about the car that would help him know what it is."
Lord: "Exactly... that's what people are doing with my gospel. They over simplify it until it really doesn't mean much to the person who is listening with untrained ears"
In further Prayer I realized that a car is not the sum total of it's descriptive parts, but rather a means to take me from where I am to where I need to be. I would say the Gospel is the same. A section of scriptures describe the combustion engine of the Gospel... the primary part... the part upon which all others are based, the entry point... Christ died for my sins is the entry point. The starting ground. Undeniably.
Jesus is quoted to have gone about preaching and teaching the Gospel: "of the Kingdom of God". I submit that the "good news" is "the Kingdom of God". It is the restoration of ALL that was lost by Adam. Jesus spent most of his time on this topic. Within that he explored forgiveness of sins, right living, repentance, God's provision in Mathew chapter 6-7. He explored the call to Love which is the greatest of all commands. We have been given the ministry of reconciliation. The Gospel/Good news is that the Kingdom of God, or God's active Kingdom is now available to all men freely for those who are willing to access it through faith in His Word, which is his Covenant with Man.
John Eldredge in Wild at Heart wrote (and I paraphrase from memory it's been a while) that "men are walking around like ghosts, having the faint impression they used to be kings, but have long since forgotten."

We were kings. We were created in God's very image and His likeness. Adam was given dominion over this entire planet. In fact the planet was created for man not man for the planet. When the bible calls Satan the god of this world it begs the question... Where did he get that title?
Certainly God the LORD does not send the Dog to guard the meat? Satan and God are at war, were until Jesus came. So where did Satan get his title? Adam.
Adam was the ambassador of God on this planet. God created the entire planet for Adam not for himself. When psalms says, and later Jesus quotes, that we were gods, some translations say judges which is also correct, it isn't saying we were or are God's equals, but it is saying something we have forgotten.
We were created in HIS image and HIS likeness. We were and now are again HIS son's through creation and adoption and HIS ambassadors on this planet. Satan got his title from Adam. Jesus, the second and last Adam, got it back. This planet was a gift to us and for us.
So the Gospel in it's true essence is that we have been restored for our rightful place as kings in authority on this planet. The Kingdom of God, or God's way of going things is ours for full access. Only the Second Adam, Jesus has the FULL, ULTIMATE authority. He is our King. He is the King of Kings... we are the kings that he is King over. We are made a royal priesthood.
SO... The Gospel is: The Kingdom of God has come and that everyone who chooses to may enter it.
In that Kingdom includes freedom from Hell and entrance to all Heaven has to offer. Freedom from sin and entrance to His Righteousness. And much much more.

What is Prosperity?

The world sees prosperity as having a big house, and lots of nice cars. They see money and women all around you as prosperity. They look to icons like Micheal Jordon, Hugh Hefner, or Snoop Dog as what it means to be successful. Others look to politicians, or kings of finance like warren buffet. What is prosperity from God's point of view?

1 Thessalonians 5:22-24 22Avoid every kind of evil. 23May God himself, the God of peace, sanctify you through and through. May your whole spirit, soul and body be kept blameless at the coming of our Lord Jesus Christ. 24The one who calls you is faithful and he will do it.
  • Spirit
  • Soul
  • Body
God is interested in WHOLE person prosperity.
  • He wants you to get born again and filled with his Spirit. That's spirit prosperity.
  • He wants you to have a renewed mind and knowledge and wisdom and understanding.
  • He wants you to have healing and health, long life, wealth, and protection from attacks of the enemies of your life and calling. That's body prosperity.
What purpose does prosperity hold for God's people? First of all, the earth was created for man not for God. He created it for us. He gave all things for us to enjoy.
In this fallen world we are to make disciples of all men, preaching and teaching the Kingdom of God. This is hard to do without money. You can only reach so many and so far without money for travel, to print bibles and meterials, to reach more.

A heard the story of Warren Buffets niece who was cut off from the family fortune because she offended his way of doing things. The reaction of all who heard the story was the same. "How aweful! that rich man cutting off his niece from the fortune of the family. It was considered horrible that he gave little to his family and made each person even his sons work their own money..." Why? Why is this SO BAD.

The bible says that a good man leaves an inheritance for his childrens children. Everyone instinctively knows that a rich man holding his wealth from his own family is an evil thing. But how much worse would it be if the God of heaven and earth, the God who owns the cattle on a thousand hills, and has streets made of Gold was holding out on his family. It was be an evil thing for God to live in total wealth and have his kids purposefully scrounging dumpsters. Far be it from God to do such a thing!

Those who are of God and not living in or on thier way to living in his full prosperity and provision are those who are those who are ignorant of his Promises. Usually do to traditions of Men that taught it was holy to be poor, when the bible specifically and consistently calls poverty a curse.

So the goal of E2P is educate, train, and comment on the prosperity of your spirit, soul and body. Real world application of principles found in and based on the Word.

We invite you to enjoy, grow, and go out into all the world and get people saved, healed, delivered and set free.

e2p

E2p Now
Stands for Empowered To Prosper Now in this present world and in the world to come.

"The Blessing" was given to mankind just after his creation. It was the command of God, the driving purpose for man, the underlying passion of everything man has ever done and God has ever done for man. The God who does not change ( ) and cannot lie ( ) spoke a  series of commands into His man. These words set the stage, the precident, and the tone for all that was to come, forever. If you are asking yourself: Who am I? Where am I from? Why am I here? What can I do? Where am I going? Then you need to start with The Blessing! This was, is, and always will be God's original intention for all men, women, and children everywhere.

The dictionary definition of blessed is to bring or have good fortune or happiness:

BLESSED:
Adjective
1. made holy
2. RC Church (of a person) beatified by the pope
3. bringing great happiness or good fortune: he was blessed with good looks4. Euphemistic damned: I'm blessed if I know

The Blessing can be found in:

God blessed them and said to them, "Be fruitful and increase in number; fill the earth and subdue it. Rule over the fish of the sea and the birds of the air and over every living creature that moves on the ground."

As you study this out and watch the blessing in operation in the lives of the men and women of God throughout the word you notice a pattern. In Moses, Abraham, Issac, Jacob, Joseph, David, the prophets, Jesus, the Apostles... From small to great you notice a theme. When God is involved they are increasing and being fruitful, and having success. When God is not involved there is heart ache and pain.

God lays it out in detail here in Duet. 28:

Deuteronomy 28

1 If you fully obey the LORD your God and carefully follow all his commands I give you today, the LORD your God will set you high above all the nations on earth. 2 All these blessings will come upon you and accompany you if you obey the LORD your God:

From the study of this the Holy Spirits' definition of "The Blessing" is to be Empowered to Prosper. Therefore the next time you hear someone sneeze don't say "bless you" be more purposeful in your approach, say "be empowered to prosper" or if you want to get thier attention... just say

"E2P"
